$1.00 per unit per month for associations up to 750 units, $0.50 per unit from 751 to 10,000 units, and $0.25 per unit above 10,000, with a $50 per month minimum. Pricing is volume-based, so every unit bills at the rate of the tier the total lands in. There is a 90-day free trial and no setup fee. A 120-unit association pays $120 per month.

Is condo.insure priced per unit or per association?
